I have a passion for engaging with others and supporting their development. I started my journey into the field of human development by studying Educational Psychology and registering with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Counsellor during my time as an Educator. During my career in the education sector, I also completed additional studies in the field of Sport Psychology to better support the development of athletes during group- and individual events.

After a fulfilling career in the education sector, I completed a UCT-short course in the field of Human Resource Management and I pursued additional studies in the field of Industrial Psychology, which led to registration with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice). During this time, I also underwent training as a facilitator under the guidance of industry expert Jacques van Rensburg (Growth-Factor Consulting).

I currently support my clients through psychometric assessments; individual mentoring sessions; consultation sessions; and facilitated training sessions for groups.

During my free time, I enjoy: running, cycling, reading, playing guitar, drinking coffee and spending time with my family.
